What is MELT?
The MELT Method--which stands for Myofascial Energetic Length Technique--aims to release stress and tension in your body through myofascial release, or self massage. Specially designed balls and soft rollers are used to massage the connective tissue (a.k.a. fascia) in your body, rebalance your nervous system, and restore space to compressed joints. MELT is ideal for people who are pregnant, injured, recovering from surgery, suffering through chronic pain, or simply want to improve overall mobility and continue moving pain-free.
